Sister Schools
An entire generation of Darfuri children is growing up in
refugee camps without going to school. In the scramble to
provide food, shelter and medicine, teaching children to read,
write and think is often forgotten. But education is so important
– if Darfur is going to have a future,
a future with skilled, knowledgeable
leaders, these refugee children must
have an education – and the promise
and hope that education brings. |
